Eurasian brown bear with unusual hump on lower back.
When I saw this hump on the bear's lower back and hair missing from its groin, old injury caused by snare was my first thought. So I wrote to two field biologists for their opinion, and both replied. One says this was "almost certainly caused from a snare", and the other "definitely snare trap".
