DIY Analog Tape Delay...Sort of :) [How-To / Tutorial]
In this Video/Tutorial I explain how i use my cassette-deck as an analogue tape-delay of sorts. It has its own sound which found its way in many of my tracks!
Correction: There are cheaper tape units like from of the Tascam Portastudio lineup (e.g. the 424 MKII) that have a pitch adjust which can be bought from time to time on ebay. If you want to go all out in terms of high-end tape technology, you could go for a "Dragon" by Nakamichi. But at a price tag of about 1.500€, you'd be really better of finding a used Roland Space Echo.
