Architectural Designer Alison Phillips talks about working with CLPM
I often have clients who may not know that they need a project manager, but if a project is a certain size or a certain complexity it is something that I would suggest that they look at. It is a service that I don’t offer myself, it is something that CLPM offer a really good service on, and it is something that will benefit the client hugely.
Some of the projects that I work on are more complex than others. If the project value is over a certain amount, or is going to take a long time or if the client is quite time poor, then that is the sort of project that I would definitely recommend using a project manager, and of course I think about using CLPM.
