Something I should have mentioned in the video.
I admit on first hearing, they sound nothing alike so it was kinda naive of me to act like as if they did sound the same.
However, despite it being higher pitched, the voice does have the same mannerisms as the Goofy voice. The other munchkin voices in this shot sound a lot more different.
If you did deepen the voice of this munchkin, he sounds a lot more like Goofy.
Again, probably should have been more clear
