This week on the Copyright 2.0 Show this show is going to the babies, well, to one baby anyway as a former dancing baby, now we assume dancing child, scores a much celebrated victory at the Ninth Circuit.
But while babies are cute they aren't the only copyright news this week as we also have the shuttering of Sharebeast, the latest in the ongoing battle between Oregon and Oracle and some very interesting barbs in the "New Girl" lawsuit.
After that we take a look at Playboy, though we're just reading the lawsuits we swear. We also examine EMI's interesting strategy for approaching sampling infringement and then we end the show with a Getty Images double header as they target both a hacker magazine and one of the INternet's favorite memes.
All in all this is is one very busy week so won't you join us for this, Episode 369 of the Copyright 2.0 Show!
