Ingredients:
1 red bell peppers
1 yellow bell peppers
1 green bell peppers
8 cloves of garlic
A large piece of ginger
3 scotch bonnets
1/2 of a lemon
3 spring onions
1 and a 1/2 medium sized red onion
1/2 a tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of basil
1/2 tablespoon of thyme
1/2 tablespoon of white/black pepper
3 medium sized tomatoes
