The Children's Hour // Parachute

This is a video dedicated to the controversial 1961 film
"The Children's Hour". A story about two women who own,
and run a school for girls. When a young, trouble-making
student tells a lie about the two headmistresses being
lovers, their lives and careers quickly fall apart. Beautifully
performed by Audrey Hepburn and Shirley MacLaine, their
courage for choosing to act in a film with a then, taboo
issue deserves to be given tribute!
Although this video doesn't go exactly with the film, I
added a little extra subtext, and a happy ending for fun!
My version is this: the two women, ripped away from society
find comfort in the only person they can trust (each other,
their best friend.) And a little, "love" of different variety
forms, hehe. As long as they have each other they can do
anything, because love conquers all!
This movie deserves it full. But, although working with
this film, and the song was excellent, I have to give credit
to my muse, and friend MoonlitBETH. If you ever have an
artistic block, message her, she will gives you piles, and
piles of ideas for videos!
With that, I hope you all enjoy this video, I worked
excruciatingly hard on it, and I do hope that you take the
