Amplify your impact and establish yourself as a mentor and leader in your community while developing the technical skills and emotional intelligence you need to succeed.

The Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors (formerly called Microsoft Student Partners) is a program to sponsor students majoring in disciplines related to technology. The MSP (now MLSA) program enhances students' employability by offering training in skills not usually taught in academia, including knowledge of Microsoft technologies.

The program is available in most countries, and all students in college and university level are eligible to apply. If accepted, Student Partners are assumed to further share the knowledge among the academic community by, for example, arranging courses, giving presentations, and initiating projects.

1) Be a force for good-locally and globally
You might find yourself helping fellow students build their coding skills online with Microsoft Learn, organizing a virtual hackathon to solve real-world challenges, earning certifications, or building digital communities—it’s all up to you.

2) Make a difference with students from around the world
Connect with other students who share your passion in focused Leagues and use tech to solve real-world challenges together.

3) Grow your skills and build your reputation as a tech insider
Kick-start your career with training and certifications, support for virtual events, and unique access to experts and mentors.

4) Become a leader in your local tech community and empower your peers
Host digital events, offer guidance to other students, and earn recognition that separates your résumé from the pack.

The Student Ambassadors program provides plenty of opportunities for you to learn and lead so you can make a difference and empower those around you.
