Years ago I got really hooked on a super ambitious WW1 mod for Empire Total War that really sold me on the concept (even though the mod was doomed to hard crash after just a few hours of gameplay). Thankfully someone at Petroglyph had the same idea and these RTS vets have been hard at work making the most far-reaching WW1 real time (and turned based campaign) strategy game that we've seen so far. I got an early chance to play the game so let's dive in!
