Bearing Fruit With Patience
The parable of the sower is one of Jesus' first and most well known parables. If we don't understand this parable, we won't understand the rest of Jesus' teachings. The story contains both warnings about how we destroy the seed of God's word in our lives, and also hope that it's possible to turn our rough, thorny soil into fertile ground, if only we are willing to listen and hold fast to God's word.
