Trend Lines are one of the components in the HBC Framework. There are three important things about them:
1. To create a trend line, we need to connect two highs or two lows; this will create just a line. If the price reaches this line for the third time and rejects it, only then does this line become a trend line.
2. To create a more reliable trend line, we need to use only larger time frames, such as H1-H4; if possible, we can also use the daily time frame.
3. In the HBC trading strategy, we never trade solely based on one component, such as trend lines. We always need to find additional confirmation from another component, such as MA200, Candlestick Patterns, Daily High Low, or RSI. -
