First I use the free versions of GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks to build a page layout. Then I copy page sections from one site library theme to another. I move on to using the Pro version of GenerateBlocks to build a page layout. And finally use a local host WordPress multisite to copy pages from one GeneratePress theme to another.
