Our Central Asian culinary tour continues, and today we're in Dushanbe. We visited six recommended establishments offering a hearty and delicious meal. We learned the difference between Afghan and Uzbek plov. We visited historical sites with minimalist interiors but excellent cuisine. We enjoyed KFC and a doner house. Dushanbe has presented us with many new culinary discoveries.
