Essentially, the project focuses on developing pilot composting processes in collaboration with producers, tailored to their production, environment, and circumstances. These processes serve as the foundation for long-term sustainable management, preventing burning and resource loss by recognizing that organic waste generated in agricultural activity can be managed, treated, and valorized within the agricultural sector, thus transforming the linear economy into a circular one.
