A fast, incredibly delicious "MADRID" cake! Strawberry Chocolate cake! Without gelatin! Melts in mouth!

Ingredients for a chocolate cake (28x18 cm) or for a 24 cm round baking dish:
300 g flour
80 g of cocoa
6 g baking soda (baking powder)
4 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
340 g of sugar
120 g vegetable oil (odorless)
240 ml milk (room temperature)
200 ml boiling
water 1 tbsp vinegar (5-9%)
The chocolate cake is baked for about 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius over medium heat without convection, until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean

INGREDIENTS for strawberry filling:
450 g strawberry puree (without sugar)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
40 g of corn starch
100 g of sugar
70 ml of cold water

INGREDIENTS for a quick cream:
300 ml of chilled whipped cream with a fat content of at least 30%
250 g of chilled mascarpone
300 g of chilled cream cheese
100 g of powdered sugar
16 g vanilla sugar

100 g of chocolate sprinkles
20 g coconut chips

as an alternative, a cream RECIPE without cream and cheese :
1000 ml of milk
16 grams of vanilla sugar
200 g of sugar
70 g of corn starch
500 g of softened butter
