Creating A Realistic County in Cities Skylines 2 LIVE
In Episode 18, we continue creating a realistic county in Cities Skylines 2 LIVE. Today we will work on more highway infrastructure (finishing the highway to an outside connection and working on building entrance and exit ramps). We will also work on further detailing our brand new realistic railroad cargo terminal. Nothing (or very little) has been created in Wolfsburg County outside of this Cities Skylines II livestream series. We will finish the detail the diverging diamond interchange that we constructed during yesterday's stream (Episode 17). I also have plans to extend the sunken highway further into our planned downtown/urban area and work on the arterial and secondary street layouts. We also need to look in to starting our first coal and ore industry areas on this map as the cost of goods is increasing for our industrial zones.
The name of our realistic county is Wolfsburg County and it is modeled and inspired off of several cities in the Midwest and Northeast United States including Chicago and suburbs, the New York City region, Albany, New York region and the Boston, MA area.
