Patita with hands
As my grandmother always said at home: "The best dishes are those cooked slowly." And of course she was right!
Ingredients:
1 cow's foot
Mint to taste
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red onion
4 garlic cloves
6 tbsp panca chili paste
Salt and cumin to taste
4 Yungay potatoes
1 liter beef broth
100 g roasted peanuts
Finely chopped mint to taste
Rocoto pepper to taste
