1. go to start menu or run
2. type " cmd "
3. then type " diskpart "
4. type " list disk " (choose your usb correctly you dont want to mess your hard drive)
5. type " select disk 2 " ? or 3 for example( the one with a size of 2 GB , 4GB)
6. type " clean "
7. type " create partition primary "
8. type " select partition 1 "
9. type " active "
10. type " format fs=fat32 quick " (wait until it formated)
11. then type " assign "
12. finish and exit
