In June, 2022, at an advanced retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza, Chris Newberry and Mitchell Rabin found themselves sitting at the same dining room table having breakfast together. This led to a budding friendship as they shared ideas and aligned experiences with each other, as well as a shared vision of a future at a very beautiful place, living a deliciously conscious, joyous life among others who want to build such an idyllic environment.
Chris already had the property in Panama and his vision was already taking shape and underway. Discussions about collaboration on many levels ensued. This Roundtable discussion is a result of those initial conversations. https://consciousisland.community

Chris has experience in real estate development in Mexico and extensive business experience throughout Central America.
Chris was also founder and CEO of the Export Computer Exchange, earned Utah’s “Progressive Business of the Year” award in 2001 and Utahs small business leader award in 2000, went on to become a leader in the industry
CAVELLE GRIFFITHS aka Caz, Dream Integration Officer
Coordinates the teams for the execution of the vision. Caz sees herself as a citizen of the world, having lived, taught, and worked across most continents. Originally starting out as an optometrist before turning to yoga teaching, and going on to specialize in aerial yoga therapy & coaching.
She is passionate about using her own journey to inspire & guide others in exploring the limitless possibilities.
Kirsty Tait
Kirsty is an entrepreneur living in Panama for just over 2 years. She arranges holistic activities in the city and has a consulting company. She loves reading, travelling and listening to live music. As part of the project she is responsible for bringing the worldwide community together and getting the message out to the world.
