How Old is Cancer?
Hey! Hippocampus here! Just how old is cancer? A question that has baffled Biology, Medicine, and to some extent psychology for centuries. In this day and age, it seems like its a modern illness with how prevalent it is in our lives. Soon, 50% of us are going to experience it at some point. But has it always been like this. Has cancer always been the thorn in our side? Surprisingly, yes it has. Cancer's existence is actually MUCH older than we think, and has been documented for all of our history. Yet... this isn't a good thing, it makes it even worse.
