I'd like to kill from time to time
to feed the beast I've got deep inside
I'd like to burn all this city down
and watch the flames with my cold dead eyes
I'd like to feel
the painful sting of sorrow
I'd like to be
possessed by my shadow
woke today feeling that
I can turn to a better man
I hear the beating of my heart
Inside my chest warming me with love
I like to think
It'll come a great tomorrow
I have to ignore
the calling of my shadow
down, disgrace,
emptiness, then up
to love and happiness
then down again straight to hell
then raise to light to greatness
I'm feeling up and down then up and down...
Oh there she comes my shadow
up and down then up and down I'm going...
