Grilled mullet, rice with leeks, mussels in vinaigrette, Paulista-style shrimp, rissole potatoes, and Belle Meunière sauce
Ingredients:
1.5 kg mullet
500g cleaned shrimp (7 beards)
500g mussels
500g shrimp with shell and without head
1 bell pepper of each color
200g bacon
3 cups cooked rice
1 leek
2 medium onions
5 cloves of garlic
200g coarse raw cassava flour
Salt/pepper/smoked paprika/lemon pepper/ready-made fish seasoning/chives, parsley, and olive oil to taste.
