I would like to especially note that Sennoy is unique in its own way. This is not a resort place, this is a place for comfortable life and country recreation in the purest ecology. This is the territory of the Taman Zoological Reserve, so the sea here is the cleanest. Drainage even from private houses is prohibited, septic tanks are subject to pumping out at the legislative level and this is really controlled.
Taman Bay is the water area of the Black Sea, dolphins often swim there, since there is a lot of fish. This is also a favorite place for swans.
Since Sennoy is located in the depths of the bay, the sea here near the coast is flat and shallow, so the water warms up much faster than in Anapa and Taman and is usually warmer in season by almost 4 degrees. The bottom is hard sandy. For children, it is simply delightful! There is a special type of algae in the sea here, very rich in iodine. They are absolutely NOT SLIPPERY and never rot! Iodine is a natural antiseptic, no living creatures live in them, so they used to be collected, dried and used instead of expanded clay for roofing: no mice, no insects, no bacteria. And now it is forbidden to remove them en masse from the shore, as this is a nature reserve. They clean the beaches before the season, and it is good to go into the sea along the bridges, because the bottom is good and hard. Many people from Anapa come here for their health 😁
