Artisan Max and Pro for PS - Superior and smoothly blending Local adjustments
This video demonstrates the Local Adjustment features, some of the most important features in the Artisan plugins, that should also be an indispensable tool in any B&W and processing tool-kit for artists and crafts(wo)men. Unfortunately, good local adjustment features that blend fast and smoothly with the adjacent areas are difficult, if not impossible, to find in other software. It is heavily underrated in my opinion. I made it the most important feature in the plugins.
The video gives an overview of the various Local Adjustments vs Global Adjustments features, how to use them, and when to use them with recommendations. All demonstrated features are available in the new Artisan Max plugin for Photoshop and in the Artisan Pro plugin.
The Artisan Max plugin is only available as a subscription via the Adobe store. Artisan Max has all the features from the Artisan Pro and Quick Mask Pro plugins combined but also has 2 new features that aren’t in the separate plugins: Dynamic FX and an additional luminosity mask feature. This is described in another recent video.
