The air was thick with the scent of ash and renewal.
Earth X28 lay scarred — a world torn apart by the fury of World War III, a conflict that had shattered continents and broken the spirit of humanity. Cities that once gleamed as beacons of progress now lay in ruins, silent monuments to mankind’s darkest hour.

Yet from this devastation rose a fragile hope.

Two hundred nations, battered but unbroken, converged to forge a pact unlike any before. They called it Wardome — a global alliance born not from conquest, but from the desperate need for survival. Bound by a century-old international covenant, they gathered in the newly built city of Warhelm, the shining root and heart of their unity.

Here, in Warhelm’s towering halls and under its watchful skies, the greatest minds and leaders labored night and day to create a defense system to end all wars — the Global Defense System. Aegis, the elite peacekeeping force, was formed to stand as the shield of Earth, a beacon of vigilance and justice.

But peace, as they would learn, is a fragile thing.

Beneath the surface of this newfound alliance simmered resentment and shadows. A secretive faction, known only as Crimson, rejected Wardome’s ideals. They saw the alliance not as salvation but as shackles — a barrier to power they would no longer tolerate. Their roots traced back to the very flames of World War III, their motives shrouded in mystery and ambition.

As Wardome strengthened its grip on Earth’s future, Crimson moved in silence, weaving networks of secrecy and dissent. The balance teetered on a knife’s edge, waiting for the moment the shield would shatter.

And that moment was coming.

The sun set on Warhelm, casting long shadows over the city that held the hopes of billions. But in the twilight, the first whispers of the storm stirred — a darkness that would challenge the very light Wardome had fought to build.

From the ashes of a broken world, the stage was set for a battle unlike any before. The legends were about to be born.

The dawn of Legends’ Last Light had begun.
