Interactive analysis and visualization of outputs from secondary data analysis, such as genomic alignments, variant calls, single-cell quantifications, or microscopy images is critical for biological interpretation and to confirm or refute experimental hypotheses. Studios is a new feature on the Seqera Platform where you can host a combination of container images and compute environments for interactive analysis using your preferred tools, like Jupyter notebooks, RStudio, and Visual Studio Code IDEs.
Rob will showcase real-world examples to highlight how Studios can augment Nextflow workflows to enable end-to-end data analysis within the Seqera Platform.
