Roe V Wade Rally
On May 3 a rally was held to support the continuation of the Roe V. Wade SCOTUS ruling that protects the fourth and fourteenth amendment rights to privacy regarding a woman's control over the decision to continue a pregnancy. This was on the occasion of it coming to public light that a draft ruling supported by majority of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) would overturn this 50 year old SCOTUS ruling. The rally was held in front of the Montclair, NJ Planned Parenthood facility. At stake is the right to privacy and free choice on this and other matters where some seek to impose their religion based strictures upon others through the law.
