7 day catch up Tv with Iview HD Plus
Bring up the menu by clicking OK on the remote
Navigate to the channel with 7 Day Catch up Tv there will be an icon to the right
click the menu button this will bring up the EPG for that channel
You can now scroll back up to 7 days and pick the program you want
Clicking on this will bring up a program description and the option to play.
While watching catch up Tv you can fast forward rewind play by hitting the directional buttons on your remote.
Once a program has started on a catch-up channel it is available. So if you come in and a program has been on for say 10 minutes you can restart it using the above steps
