How to FIX Battery DRAIN in iOS 18!
Step 1 (optional): Downgrade to iOS 17. You can do this by pressing the link above and upgrade back to iOS 18 in later updates.
Step 2: Disable airdropping. You can do this by opening control center and simply tapping the AirDrop button.
Step 3: Disable internet when you're not using it. You can disable internet when you're playing offline games. You won't see calls and texts, but it will certainly save lots of iPhone battery.
Step 4: Create a black wallpaper. You can do this by swiping down to your notification center, holding down on it, and adding a new single-color wallpaper. When you customize it, you have the option to change it to the black color.
Step 5: Disable background app refresh. Go into Settings, search "background," select "background app refresh," and disable it for more unnecessary apps, or you can disable it entirely to save much more battery.
Step 6: Enable Optimized Battery Charging. Go into Settings, then into Battery, and then into Battery Health & Charging, and just enable Optimized Battery Charging. This will allow you to preserve your iPhone's battery health longterm.
Step 7: This one is much more obvious. Go into your control center, hold down to edit it, and add the Low Power Mode option. Then, enable Low Power Mode whenever your battery is low.
Step 8: Disable notifications. Go into Settings, search "notifications," and disable them for more unnecessary apps, or you can disable them entirely to save much more battery.
Step 9: Put on a battery case. You can find a battery case for any iPhone model just by searching for it on Amazon. It truly does help preserve your iPhone battery and can allow you to go up to a week without charging your iPhone.
