1️⃣ Unable to detect any registered biometric device!
जब आप CSC My Account login करते हैं और यह error दिखता है, इसका मतलब है कि आपका biometric device system से properly connect नहीं हो पा रहा है।
2️⃣ Outside Geofence. Please use Digipay mobile app.
यह error तब आता है जब आपकी system location या Digipay web geofence area से बाहर detect हो रही होती है।
3️⃣ Please connect your Bio-Authentication device and make sure drivers are installed.
यह issue तब होता है जब Marpho L1 का RD Service या driver system में सही तरह से install नहीं हुआ हो।
4️⃣ “Text” error while using Digipay web login
यह DigiPay portal पर web login करते समय दिखाई देने वाला common text-based error है, जो device configuration या service issue की वजह से आता है।

Installation के बाद RD Service को activate करना जरूरी होता है।
