Insomnia Relief Tea

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of lavender flowers
1 tablespoon of chamomile
1 cup of hot water
Honey to taste
Preparation:
Boil the water and, after turning off the heat, add the lavender flowers and chamomile.

Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.

Strain and add honey, if desired.

Drink this tea about 30 minutes before bedtime to calm your mind and body.
