In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4 1.36 King of Kings) video we will be checking out the brand new alternate history mod, Post Finem. It's a mod in which Carthage won the Punic Wars and destroyed Rome, and the world looks quite different. I made this mod with a few very talented people and I'm super excited for you all to have the chance to play it too!
