Rainy woods walk at the archery club before Hurricane Milton arrives
A nice walk in the rain at the archery club before the second hurricane in the last two weeks. Hurricane Helene passed us ~110 miles to the west on Sept 26 where we had winds to 60-70 mph. Now Hurricane Milton is coming Oct 9, 2024 now forecasted as a Cat 3 at near Tampa landfall, making it's way across Florida toward us as a CAT 2 on the east coast. The background drone you hear near the end of the video I believe is the Navy's P-3C Orion aircraft. Although the P3C's were supposed to be gone last year, there seems to still be a few around. The Navy Air Station NAS-JAX is across the road from the club.
