Celebrate READ Across America, or Dr. Seuss's Birthday with this FUN themed Tabata! Each round, two different books, characters, or Dr Seuss inspired things are shown, and you choose your favorite. Exercises pop up that are next to your choice. Perform the exercise for 30 seconds. Perform such exercises as lunges, flutter kicks, helicopters, star jumps, rear kicks, and more!
