TBPN: Create Boundary based on Text at ESPA_PLOT_NUMBER and ESPA_PLOT_ROAD_NUMBER layers.
CHKPP: Checking that two polylines have very close points and highlighting them by drawing a line on one of the endpoints-CHKXREF -Check for and delete any Xref files in the drawing.
CHKLAYOUT: Inspect the layout in the ESPA drawing, ensuring that it has the ESPA_TITLE Block and the Layout name as defined by ESPA2
