As I begin to explore the United States, I ponder the question of being physically or emotionally stuck. People can be emotionally stuck, having some type of internal conflict that prevents them or keeps them from goal-directed activities. Conversely, being physically stuck may involve obstacles or barriers keeping us from moving forward.
Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing both, but as I ponder on this more, perhaps I'm allowing my emotional stuckness to create physical barriers, keeping me from my goals.
Join me as I travel throughout the nation and reflect on the many life lessons that travel brings through growth opportunities by meeting new people, seeing new things, and experiencing new cultures.
