🎥 I recorded a special video this time, namely a podcast with my breathwork coach Cato Tideman from Geniet van Zijn. In this podcast we talk about what breathwork is and how it can help people process emotions and also heal physical complaints. Breathwork is a very broad term, there are many different types of breathing techniques and with each technique you can do something different in your body. Various breathing techniques and exercises have already helped me to process emotions and traumas, but also to become calmer, get off medication, regulate my nervous system, get more energy, etc. This is why breathwork is super dear to me!
