24/7series: Ep. 5 | Lay Lake "GRINDER!"
The fifth stop of the Bassmaster Elite Series landed at Lay Lake in Shelby County Alabama. The famed coosa river fishery has a lot of history of two Bassmaster Classics. With a mix of largemouth and spotted bass, this fishery has a lot of life in it- BUT we are hitting at a tricky time of the year. Post spawn conditions and heavy fishing pressure have them tight lipped. Keeper bites are a premium and kickers will move you way up the standings! We're sticking with our guns and going flipping/ frogging... See how it all shakes out!!
