California Police Shoot Allegedly Drunk Man Wielding Tow Hitch
The Modesto Police Department in California released bodycam footage of Officers Sam Munsey and Sergio Valencia shooting Paul Chavez Jr., who was allegedly drunk and wielding a tow hitch on July 14. Chavez died at a local hospital. The footage was released after his family announced legal action.
