The Trump Impeachment is a crime against the Constitution.
Why isn't anyone defending the Constitution?
The Constitution empowers the impeachment of a President, for
"Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors."
The terms for impeachment can have a wide range of interpretation, but they do NOT include the use of this power for the advancement of political objectives, vendettas, advantages, and election 'engineering.'
The abuse of the power of the Constitution for such purposes, is a crime against the Constitution - a crime of ABUSE of the Constitution - a crime worse than treason.
The most perfect example of this crime is the impeachment process of President Donald Trump. In this case the constitutional power to impeach is clearly abused, in order to advance a long-standing political objective and vendetta, for political advantages, and even election 'engineering.'
Since the vendetta circus had failed for more than two years, to find a real cause to bring the President down, who had done nothing wrong but had served the nation well, the masters of the vendetta circus brought into the circus a stack of hay, and found in it a needle, an implanted needle, which the masters blew up and labeled "Treason, Bribery, and High Crimes and Misdemeanors" and pinned it onto the President.
The needle in the hay stack, of course, was designed as a trap for the President. The entire Ukraine affair was designed to be a trap. Entrapment, of course, is a crime in itself. Congress had voted up a type of military aid package that by its nature would be provocative to Russia. The masters of the circus knew that President Trump would not deliver such a package that would likely lead to a war with Russia, which the Ukraine and much of Europe would not survive. He requested the President of Ukraine to investigate a man who had been involved in engineering the fascists coup of 2014 that had toppled the elected government in Ukraine and had installed western stooges, which had nearly resulted in a war with Russia.
President Trump was likely aware that the new President of Ukraine understood what he was saying through the back door. This back-door conversation is now played up as an impeachable crime, which it was not, but was a feature of living in a trap. The entrapment of President Trump, and of the President of the Ukraine, should be considered a crime against both nations, and be handled as such.
By this circus trick of deception, entrapment, and betrayal, the vendetta circus became raised up by another notch to become an impeachment circus, as a desperate, last-resort effort, after years of failure, to bring the President down.
When this impeachment circus began, it became a crime built on a crime.
For this criminally of a staged circus performance, and for the long-standing criminal objectives, the power of the Constitution became intentionally abused in 2019, as a means to advance the original vendetta's purely political ends.
Why isn't anyone standing up in defense of the Constitution? Why doesn't anyone say that the impeachment process of President Donald Trump, by the abuse of the Constitution, is a crime against the nation?
Nobody should even talk about the indictments in the articles of impeachment, much less discuss them. They are mere diversions and not worthy to be discussed. The real issue is that the impeachment itself is a crime worse than treason. That's the real and only issue that should be discussed and be acted on. That's the issue. The crime should be treated as a crime in progress, and be stopped. The case of impeachment should be thrown out of the senate, and be brought before the Supreme Court in defense of the Republic.
Sadly, both the President and the Senate have failed on this count, as has society itself.
The fact that nobody stands up in defense of the principles of the republic anymore, may be an indication that the nation that once stood tall as "a light on a hill", has lost its soul and has become an already defeated nation on the long path of oligarchic usurpations. It is, as if the floors are empty, where the principles of the republic should govern. That is why such bizarre situations happen, as are now unfolding.
But all this can be overturned as it had been overturned in times before, when the nation found and celebrated its soul.
