Bertie Visits... Scafell Pike
I had thought about visiting Scafell Pike alone to recce the route prior to our Three Peak Challenge in a couple of months but when telling Bertie about it, he suggested that he'd like to give it a go with me. Given his Snowdon success last October, I thought why not.
So we set off from home on the Friday night after booking a room in Gosforth, spent the night there for an early start. We arrived at the car park in Wasdale Head for around 7:15 and off we set. The rest you will see in the video.
