How to set the language to english or any other languages on AE CS4 and Adobe After Effect CC 2015
Windows:
Method #1:
1. c:/Program...../Support Filers/AMT
2. Edit file: application.xml
3. Change value: installedLanguages to en_US or en_GB
Method #2:
1. Create empty file in folder c:/...../Documents/ae_force_english.txt
Method #3:
1. c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2015\Support Files\zdictionaries\after_effects_*.dat
or 2016 if you have AE 2016
Mac OSX:
1. /Applications/Adobe After Effects CC 2015/Adobe After Effects CC 2015 or 2016 if you have AE 2016
2. "Show Package Contents"
3. Contents/Resources/zdictionaries/after_effects_*.dat
