Manda has become the center of a growing ONI crisis after former operative Dwight B. Kaplan, callsign "JONAH", defected with a military Smart AI scheduled for decommissioning.
Evidence gathered during an internal investigation linked JONAH to hardline Insurrectionist networks operating on the colony world, where local CMA defectors transformed the former UNSC boneyard into a major URF stronghold.
An interdiction attempt failed after the Smart AI compromised ONI assets, allowing JONAH to escape aboard a hijacked D77 Pelican before disappearing somewhere in the Whisko Wilds.
With JONAH still at large, Pathfinder continues the search while Havok has been reassigned to support the 9th MEF assault on the capital region of Manda. Using intelligence recovered from the breach, FLEETCOM has begun targeting Tier-1 URF leadership across the planet.
Havok will spearhead an aerial assault on the strongholds at Carrera Park and the Harlan Medical District, eliminating high-value targets, destroying enemy communications, and securing a stolen SHIVA nuclear device before advancing on the suspected location of the URF Commander.
