SAP: Function Module to Activate the Service in SICF (HTTP_ACTIVATE_NODE)
This video is the introduction of the SAP function module HTTP_ACTIVATE_NODE that can activate the service in the transaction SICF.
By the way, this function module is "Not Released". It means that it will not be supported by SAP even if it does not work as you expected. Besides, SAP might change, remove or rename this object at anytime without any announcements by an upgrade or support package. However you can use the function as a global function if you need.
