A recent lawsuit filed by Matt Hoss, better known as "The Bold Guy" against the reaction channel H3H3 has gotten YouTube's attention and even further raised the interest in fair use issues on the channel.
I decided to take my own deep dive into the lawsuit, understand what is going on and try to make sense of what is going on and what the likely outcomes are.

H3H3's video about the lawsuit is here: • We're Being Sued
UPDATE:
Since I recorded this video there have been a few developments that I'll probably cover in a later video.
First, the original H3H3 video has been reuploaded. You can find it here: • Video
Second, and most importantly, a GoFundMe was set up to support H3H3 in the litigation. You can find that here: https://www.gofundme.com/h3h3defensefund
That fund, however, will not be going to H3H3, instead, it will be going to a Fair Use Protection Account (or FUPA) at their lawyer's office to help H3H3 and others get legal defense in fair use cases. You can learn more about the fund here: http://morrisonlee.com/fupa/ and on their Twitter here: / fupaforfreedom
