Usability Lab Overview
Zhan Hu, a Library and Information Science PhD student at Simmons University, and the Usability Lab Research Assistant, introduces students in the College of Organizational, Computational, and Information Science at Simmons to concepts of usability and usability testing. After this recording, she also did a usability testing demo with students in the Usability Lab at Simmons University.

Workshop Description:
This workshop will cover basic concepts of user experience and usability testing, including the common testing procedures and tools. In the second half of the workshop we will feature a tour of the COCIS Usability Lab and a hands-on exercise of usability testing with Morae software.
