Painting the Light: Concepts and Tools - Making/Using an Impressionistic Brush in Artrage
Hello everyone,
This video is focused on painting in a manner inspired by Canadian Impressionist Ingrid Christensen. Her work is some of my very favorite. I was inspired to create an Artrage brush to create the feel of the work of a modern impressionist like you see in her paintings. I hope you enjoy this exploration of tools and techniques in Artrage. While this is a video focused on Artrage, the concepts transcend the tool and point toward a way of painting that will help people create more impressionistic and “painterly” artworks.
