LimeStone House Pad Project
In this video I’ll be getting a lot ready to build a house pad. First thing I did was use the t770 bobcat with brush cat rotary cutter to mow all the grass and weeds down. Next I used the cat 299 with forestry mulcher to clear all the unwanted trees. We then used the bobcat with the dozer blade to strip the grass and spread the shale for the pad. We used the cat 303 with a jack hammer to bust up the old house foundation. Hauled off all the concrete with dump trucks. We the.
