Tips : Keep it Simple and short.
You can get creative with the font selections but I recommend using simple fonts like SansSerif, Monsterrat, Roboto Bold. Or if you don't have a clue what font to use click here :

For font instalation on Phonto Apps :
1. Download the font
2. Open file using Phonto App
3. Install Font.
4. Open / Reopen Phonto app. Your font should be under MY FONT tab.
Upload it on feed using 5x4 dimension.
The reason why we edit in 5x4 is hide some informative typography that you place in top and bottom section of the photo from your feed preview.
