Kinda random performance, firstly we had only Will and Bill, then we found Dipper, who wanted to be with us in this preformance, then found Mabel, and this is how it came out when finished.
Actually, the whole idea of the final concept was - Bill Cipher founds out about Reverse!AU, exactly about his sad and helpless version of him that has always been bullied by evil Gleeful-twins. Bill is curious why are things like that and why Will(Bill in reverse-falls AU) can't even help himself, not only stand up against the twins. So he comes directly to this AU, sees how twins treat his version there, and decides to interfere.
Bill shows himself to Will and then shows Will how he should behave with Gleefuls, that they are still just kids, and "You are the demon, not them". Will tries to act with twins like Bill showed him, but still can't be "enough evil" for that. Finally, even after everything's done, Bill sees that he has underestimated Gleefuls, twins take action in their hands and make both demons to fall on their knees before them.
That's the magic and the power of Gleeful twins, they are more powerful that ones that Bill has knew in his Original Universe of Gravity Falls.
